TikToker Katie Mills has some heated words for JoJo Siwa.
The 20-year-old did not hold back when she addressed a recent TikTok video from the Dance Moms alum, which called out "love bombing" and "clout chasing" behavior from unnamed exes. Katie, who was romantically linked to JoJo in late 2021, responded to the "Boomerang" singer in a March 28 clip, saying with a sigh, "I'm done being quiet."
"You hold a lot of power, you and your platform," she continued. "How can you tell someone you love them and ghost them the next day, and then post all over the internet that we're clout chasers and love bombers? I don't get it."
Katie went on to claim that JoJo was the one who wanted to take their relationship public, adding that she had always asked the 19-year-old for permission before posting anything about her on social media: "I have the text receipts to prove it, so don't come at me."
In her video, Katie also referenced the drama between JoJo and TikToker Avery Cyrus, who broke up in December two months after confirming their romance. Recalling how Avery faced backlash from JoJo's fans following the split, Katie accused the Nickelodeon alum of attempting to kick up dust and "attacking" her exes.
"You sent me and Avery through hell for months and gave us no explanation why," Katie said. "You know we aren't love bombers and or clout chasers."
She added in the caption of her post: "theres been enough damage. please leave us alone."
This isn't the first time one of JoJo's exes spoke out to defend herself on the internet. After JoJo made a video in December about she was "used for views and clout" in a past relationship, Avery refuted online speculation that she was the intended subject of the cryptic clip.
"From my perspective, me and JoJo left on great terms and are still friends," she told E! News in a statement. "The relationship was very real, and I have nothing but love for JoJo and her family."
The 22-year-old added at the time, "I'm still very hurt that JoJo broke up with me. And I'm saddened and confused by the situation."
E! News has reached out to JoJo's rep for comment but hasn't heard back.
